We seek a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and develop relationships with key operators using our iGaming platform. This role is essential for optimizing operator performance, ensuring retention, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in iGaming (ideally B2B platform), understands key business KPIs, and excels in data-driven account management.
Your tasks:
- Regularly analyze operator KPIs (GGR, NGR, conversion rates, churn rates);
- Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to discuss performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement;
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of operators from setup to active operations;
- Serve as the main point of contact for key operators;
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products, features, or markets;
- Assist operators in market expansion, including localization and compliance adjustments;
- Proactively identify performance issues and coordinate solutions before they escalate;
- Ensure operators comply with contractual agreements and sustain high-quality traffic performance.
Our Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management in iGaming;
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, player lifecycle, payments, and game/3rd party providers;
- Experience with KPI tracking and revenue optimization;
- Analytical mindset – the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations;
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills – proactive and solutions-oriented;
