We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will build an analytics system from scratch, process and analyze large volumes of data, and provide clear insights that drive product growth and profitability.

Your tasks:

• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets in the gambling/betting domain;
• Design and build a product analytics system from the ground up;
• Form and maintain a reporting system for key business metrics (conversion, deposit, LTV, etc.);
• Analyze user behavior, conduct user segmentation, and identify key trends;
• Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments, evaluate their efficiency;
• Identify growth points and develop recommendations for boosting conversions and revenue;
• Build and monitor dashboards and deliver regular analytical reports.

Our Criteria:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst;
• Deep understanding of core gambling/betting metrics and business processes: conversion, deposit, LTV, ROI, churn, retention;
• Confident in SQL and working with databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse);
• Practical experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.);
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, PostHog, Smartlook);
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
